Welcome to The Good RN
I’ve spent my career in healthcare walking alongside others—supporting, training, and sometimes just listening. As a nurse, I’ve seen how much leadership impacts the way we care for others. It’s not about titles—it’s about how we show up, how we communicate, and how we grow.
I created The Good RN because I believe good care starts with good leadership. I love helping people in healthcare find their voice, build their confidence, and lead from the heart. Whether it’s training a new care partner or coaching a seasoned nurse, I want to make learning real, relatable, and empowering.
These trainings come from my experience, my mistakes, and the moments that changed me. They're for the ones who stay late, speak up, and care deeply—even when it’s hard. If that’s you, you’re in the right place.
